習婉钰，副教授，伟德线上平台高層次人才引進（學術骨幹），養老服務管理系專任教師。南京大學商學院管理學博士（工商管理方向）、以色列巴伊蘭大學哲學博士（綜合社會科學老年學方向）及International MBA，北京大學心理與認知科學學院行為與心理健康北京市重點實驗室訪問學者。主要從事老年心理與消費/在線行為，智慧養老，人機交互等方面的研究。獲歐洲三大人才計劃之一的歐盟瑪麗居裡學者ITN計劃資助，參與并主持EuroAgeism項目（No.764632, 388萬歐元）子課題一項（2018-2022），先後參與國家自然科學/社會科學基金、省部級政府委托項目5項。
近年來已在國際知名老年學期刊Journals of Gerontology Series b: Psychological Sciences and SocialSciences, 心理學/人機交互學期刊Computers in Human Behavior等發表SCI及SSCI學術論文10多篇，其中中科院一區Top論文4篇，科研成果被WHO《全球年齡歧視報告》引用。獲中國老齡社會青年學者紅楓計劃一等獎、江蘇省高校招生就業中心大學生創新實踐理論研究一等獎、創青春/挑戰杯全國大學生創新創業大賽全國金獎及銀獎、以色列高等教育部中國留學生獎學金等榮譽。兼任中國老年學與老年醫學學會第五屆老年心理學分會委員，中國電子科技集團第三研究所産業研究中心外聘專家（智慧健康養老産業方向），盤古智庫特約研究員，曾兼任WHO總部人口變化與健康老齡化署Global Campaign on Combating Ageism項目組借調研究員（2021），以色列巴伊蘭大學國際交流處駐中國代表（2015-2018）。
